Just some tips for you:
1. Before download and install the Windows Installer SDK, try to search ORCA.msi in your machine. If you have the ORCA.msi in your machine, you may skip to download and install Windows Installer SDK.


2. To make you more convenient, here is another link for you to download Windows Installer SDK for Windows Server 2008 and .NET Framework 3.5 easily.

1 Month of My Slimming Program

Time pass very fast. I on the slimming program 1 month already. Yesterday my consultant measured my weight, body parts and others. The result is good and I feel very happy with this result. 


I would like to share the result here:
Body Weight : - 3 kg
Body Age : younger 3 years
Body Fat (%) : - 2%
Visceral Fat 体内油脂 : - 0.5 (become to normal stage for girls)
Muscle Mass (%) : + 0.7%
Upper Arm: - 2cm
Waist: - 3.5cm
Abdomen: -4cm
Hip: -1cm
Thigh : -2.5cm
Calf : -1.5cm


Now, can feel the pants start longgar a bit jor... This is a problem to me ler, as I cannot buy pants for CNY. Sad about it. But.. but.. everytime I will tell myself, never mind, it is good, cos I can buy pants from L size to M size and to S size.. Haha.. 


Looking forward for the next month, next next month, then don't know I will become HOW? Haha...

圣诞节 Merry Christmas ~~

Firstly, would like to wish everyone MERRY CHRISTMAS!! Christmas is such a beautiful day. It brings joy and happiness to everyone. Wish everyone feel it not only today, and is everyday.. =)

圣诞节，应该极度开心，应该用快乐，兴奋的心情去迎接着开心的日子！！今年的圣诞节，可以说是开心地度过。。。虽然没有特地的庆祝，也没有特别地准备礼物给自己，给Dear, 但也不比去年逊色。。。

不懂我为何今天又一种说不出的心情。。忐忑不安。。究竟是为什么？！
今天我也很懒惰做工哦！！！很想跟现在的天气一样， 懒懒地过一天。。可以吗？！
再过两天就是圣诞节了。。但是，我还是感觉不到圣诞节的气氛。。。公司个个忙碌的工作，每年的圣诞节dinner和交换礼物活动，今年都没有。。。很闷叻整间公司。。
好想跑去痛痛快快的唱K，舒缓一下心情。。。
希望我的心情可以快点好起来。。。

NU TRA Slimming Program Week 2

WELL.. It comes to Week 2. 


I supposed to date my 'consultant' to measure the 1st week result, but I went for dinner with BaoHan because he got to go back on Thur (9/12/2010). Finally, I measured myself. Haha... 莫不期待地想知道1星期后的结果  And the result is consider GOOD as many parts of my body is less 1cm compare to last week. =) 虽然是少少的1cm,但是我已经很开心了，才一星期叻。。。


For the weight, I cannot measure myself, cos my weight measurement machine is different from my 'consultant'. So, the weight result only can be seen next week. 


Hopefully next week can see better result.

Celebration

As I said in previous post, such a beautiful month - DEC - Not just because Christmas is coming soon, and me & dear 5th years anniversary is reached. =)


Before the date, we think and think and think, wish to have a trip and celebrate such a big day, but finally I failed to take leave.. 




So, we just go out walk walk, shop shop and having our dinner at a romantic western restaurant

I'm very happy that day, and enjoyed the dinner so well with my darling. A wonderful place, A wonderful dinner, A nice time... 

SLIMMING Program 20101202

Finally, I decided to try the NU SKIN TRA slimming program. 

What's the feeling before I try?! I feel worry and ancient about the program. Isn't really can help? But.. really got a nice "example" - my colleague to let me see the result. She had tried the program, after 3 months, she really slim down, and lose about 8kgs, and most of the fat lost and replaced by the muscle. So great! 

So, let's write down the process week by week start from tomorrow. =)

2010-12-02 - 1st day - I start the TRA slimming program. 1st time I totally do not eat rice/mee for the lunch, because I drink the TRA trimshake. It's food replacement (代餐), you can either replace it with lunch or dinner. Although I did not eat rice/mee during lunch, and just drink the trimshake and ate an apple, BUT I did not feel hungry or not feeling well of it, and the trimshake has the nice taste, and it can tahan 6 hours (meaning I drank trimshake at 1pm, I will only feel hungry at about 7pm) =)

Will take photos of my body tonight or tomorrow to keep as a record. =)

Christmas is COMING SOON

DEC - such a beautiful month. WHY? Because Christmas is coming soon.. 

Recently, most of my friends start to blog out what presents they wish to have and what they will buy for themselves in this coming Christmas. Well, sure, I also got things wish to have. =)

In this coming Christmas, I wish that 

1) Me, my family, my lover, my friends will stay healthy and healthier. 

2) I can slim down with the new slimming program. Hope can see the result every week. 

3) Boss fast fast review and may be increase our salary ?! fast fast calculate and conclude the company accounts, so that can pay us BONUS earlier this year. =P

4) Having a nice and great CHRISTMAS Celebration Dinner with my friends (SimYing, Wee, etc)  TAOZ buffet. Heard that it is nice. 

5) So far.... I haven't think out what I will buy for myself.. But soon.. Will think it out during this weekend.. Keke =) 

Tomorrow morning gonna take out the pity Christmas tree out from the store room and decorate it, to make my house to have more Christmas feel.. =)

11月的近况

实在很久很久都没有update blog了吔！！！


最近真的真的很忙！！！我所做的project正在UAT当中，虽然如此，但还是有很多Add-Ons必须加进project里头。。。在忙得当中，又有别的projects被分到我手上。。。我真的有点担心我会应付不了啊！


好了，说完不开心的事，是时候讲讲开心，和关心的是了。。 这个月，跟以前的buddies聊天，听到她们都有不错的生活，我觉得很开心吔。。。


在聊天当中，朋友们都会问了我一句-"你几时要结婚啊？"or"几时轮到你结婚啊？"
是不是因为我们现在在适婚年龄的时候，所以，人人都会问了这句话？！我呀，真的不懂要怎么回答？！结婚，在这个现实又残酷的时代，不是说要结婚，就可以马上结婚的。。。结婚，对我来说，我真的希望是在我经济很有能力才结婚。。因为，我希望我的婚礼，我的整个结婚的过程是我一生难忘的。。。 哈！

The Twilight Saga – Eclipse

刚从戏院看完The Twilight Saga – Eclipse (第三部)。太好看了！这一次比上两部好看多了，没有前两部闷，没有从头讲到尾，也比上两部多了很多actions， 多了很多幽默感。哈哈！！


很喜欢这爱情故事。很浪漫。我是很少阅读爱情小说的人，不过，我被这爱情故事深深地吸引着我。。。我从第一部一直追看到现在第三部，虽然第一，第二部有很多部分只是讲话而已，但，我还是很喜欢看。有可能是我很喜欢里面的主角吧。。。很希望第4部快点拍完，快点上映。很想看Bella 和Edward结婚的那一幕。。


不懂怎么了，我很喜欢这样的爱情，就是有点刺激，有点自私，Bella和Edward那种不顾一切地维护，爱他的情人，我真的很bind。哈，有可能就是因为我是那种喜欢幻想，喜欢发白日梦的人吧，很喜欢这样模拟的故事，现实中没可能发生的事。。真的觉得Edward 和Bella很登对。。可怜的Jacob，得不到Bella的芳心。。。突然间，很想去买下Twilight全部小说回来看，颇不期待地想看完结局。。。


等待第四部Twilight的来临。。。

我胖了！

上个月，我一直不敢去量体重，因为我很怕看到我的体重增加了！应该说，我不敢面对这事实吧！要知道体重对女生来说是有多么地重要啊。。。=p
昨天，我终于鼓起勇气，去量了一量。啊！啊！啊！我自己吓到了！怎么可能啊？！我的体重增加了3kg吔！！！糟糕了。。。我昨天就决定了，我是时候又要开始我的减肥计划！你应该也吓到了吧，什么？！“又要开始。。。” 对，我这一年每次都说要减肥，但每次都失败了。。。 =( 这次，我真的真的不能再半途而废了。。。我要给自己一个月时间，一个月至少一定要减1kg。。朋友们，你们要记得记得提醒我呀！加油！

最近的心情

好久好久都没update blog了，check回blog list,原来已有两三个月没update了。

最近身边发生了很多事，又开心的，又伤心的，搞到我的心情时上时下。就因为这样，我很想做些自己想做的事，让自己轻松下！能够做自己喜欢的事是件很开心的事。哈！我应该做得到吧！

现在我在做着之中一件我希望的事 - 看anime named Jigoku Shoujo (地狱少女）。。。希望接下来这个星期，我可以继续做我喜欢做的事。。

好久没写blog了！！！

今天，开始看一部香港连续剧 - 恋爱星求人。是杨怡，马俊伟，谢天华主演的。是个不错的连续剧，对女生来讲啦！因为这部剧是讲述爱情，星座的。在这剧里面谢天华是很相信星座的。。就连请个伙伴，第一个问题就问你的星座是什么？要看对方的星座跟自己合不合？！搞笑！！ 不过，我自己有时也还蛮相信星座的。其实我觉得星座是可以参考，不过不能太沉迷哦！

2010年的生日

昨天是我的25岁生日。没想到时间过得那么快，我踏入25岁了！！！

今年我没得那假期过生日，心情其实有点不爽了，因为我每年都会在生日那天放自己一天假，好好得庆祝。但是，当我到公司的时候，看到有一头粉红色的公仔在我桌上，没想到我同事们送我一个粉红色的“大猪头” XD
好高兴！！同事们都觉得我喜欢粉红色，又觉得我像猪，所以就选了这份礼物！！搞笑！ 我一点都不像。。。

今年也没有特别庆祝，不过，星期一那晚我已和dear出去吃我很想吃的steamboat - 强强滚Shabu-Shabu, 当作是庆祝咯!不错啦，今年的生日， 我还蛮高兴的！！

Today feeling

This evening went to Saloon Kimarie to do a digital perm for curly hair treatment. At the beginning, thought it'll be nice and it'll a hair style that I can accept, I like. But after all done, I had shocked.. I thought I already mentioned I don't want too curly to the girl that doing my hair treatment. Never think that the result is like this. The hair style make my face looks more older, more mature... Kek sei...

After I think about it, may b not her fault. She keep saying that this kind of curly is nice for me, and is suit for me, cos I have less hair... This kind of curly hair will make me seems like got lot of hair... Anyway, hopefully after wash hair, the hair will not so curly, n become normal curly hair...

I think I will go dying my hair, so hopefully my hair will look nicer than now. And I'll looking for hair tighting styles, so that I can tight up my hair nicely...
Hahahaha.....

A weird experience.. Can't say I'm sad, but just a bit cant accept my new hair style.. I will remember what had happened today - 20100129 - Friday.

感冒了

我生病了！！！

昨晚我整个人体外发冷，体内发热，喉咙痛得不得了！！都不懂为何会这样？！应该是昨晚去pasar malam 淋到雨吧！还以为今早会好起来，怎知道，我的头感觉到很重，整个人觉得很累很累，喉咙还是痛得不得了。。今天没得吃McDonald's Prosperity Burger了。　Ｔ＿Ｔ　

再也忍不下去的我，决定去看医生。。医生竟然说我没发烧！？！？ 只是开了喉咙痛的药给我。。但我还是跟她要了一天的 MC。。

休息了一整个下午，喉咙是好了很多，也没有发冷发热了，不过，我却染上了伤风！ 气死我了！！

希望明天一起身，什么事也没有，精精神神地去做工！　-LM-　

My First Draft for Year 2010

These few night I was so busy on the Chinese New Year house decoration, measuring the size, taking photos, uploading photos, thinking and writing those description. Tired. Hopefully, I can help up my brother to sell out most of them. Friends, pls help me promote, or come to buy from me!!

Today is so free at office, I only got job to do before lunch. After lunch, I'm totally free, and keep serving net. Fortunately, my boss did not complaint anything. =P Because of so free, I used this free time to do personal thing - which is planning for year 2010. Finally, I listed out all things that I wish to do in year 2010. This is the first draft, as there are still many things (I think ) I wish to do, but I failed to get out from my mind.

Ya, I want to list out here as a prove to myself. And I'll keep updating this list. Let's see it 1 by 1.

1. Save money to buy car - transport always is my prob, I really wish to have car in this year, so that I no need to bring trouble to ppl.
2. Take exam to upgrade my MCP certificate to .NET 3.5
3. Learn to wrap flowers and bears, so can sell them as convocation presents
4. Keep fit - continue keep fit, and hopefully can lose weight until <50kg.
5. Buy camera - Because I like to take photo, thus, I wish to have a camera to capture down all the sweet memories. But this got to put in KIV first, as money need to save for buy car.
6. Continue learning photoshop.
7. Train myself to read more English books in order to improve my English level.
8. Do blood test and body check up - this got to do before March. Any1 got information about this? I'm searching which hospital is good for these 2.

A BranD New Year 2010

Finally I can online at home and update my blog. I used up three days to clean & clear, pack & unpacked and moved my things to new house from 1st day of new year 2010 (1st Jan 2010) till 3rd Jan. These few days I felt very very tired. But, fortunately, I done all the things in the new house.

A brand new year 2010, feel great and also sad too. Great is because enter a brand new year, wish to have a great year! Feel sad is because I feel like there will be a lot of things I gonna to do in this year. Hopefully I can get all done in this year.
