1. Clean up the database (db). Shrink the db, data and its log file. If db's log file is still in large size, then detact, remove and attact the log file again for the db.
2. Clean up the VPC - may use CCleaner or Disk CleanUp to do so.
3. Disable Hibernation in Control Panel > Power Option.
4. Capture Virtual Disk Precompactor.ISO [in VPC host - C:\Program Files\Microsoft Virtual PC\Virtual Machine Additions\Virtual Disk Precompactor.iso].
5. Run the "Virtual Disk Precompactor.ISO" in VPC.
6. Shut down VPC.
7. In VPC Console, click File > Virtual Disk Wizard, then select option "Edit an existing virtual disk".
8. Select option "Compact" and select option "Replacing the original file" or "Save As...".

超级星光大道第5届
刚刚看到超级星光大道5总决赛的成绩，一直排在第 2 和第 3 的徐詠琳和李杰宇，即然在总决赛的第2场表现失常，分数一路滑落谷底，最后落到第 4 和第 5 名。真的没想到，原本排在第 4 和第 5 的劉明湘、梁曉珺，最后赶上，得到了亚军和季军。我觉得徐詠琳和李杰宇好可惜哦！我一直都很喜欢徐詠琳的，以为她可以得到第 2 名，怎么也没想到她突然会表现失常，好心痛哦！她的声音很好听，我觉得她是六强女生当中最好的。希望她有机会可以出唱片，好想再听到她唱的歌。

我的缺点
10月1日。十月的第一天，原本是很开心，心情很好。怎知道，下午我又犯了同样的错 -- 忘记作东西！
我最大的缺点就是时常忘记事情！那段时间真的很讨厌自己，一直问自己，为什么会忘记呢？不是已记下来了吗？最糟糕的是我忘记的是工作上的事。 我忘了把那文件交给另一个同事， 害他在client那边受了罪。真的好对不起他啊！
从今天起，每天在project作了的事，都要写下，好让我不要再害人害己了！记事本，笔，准备好，我们要从新出发！
Today is first day of October, 01/10/2009. I felt very happy and having nice mood this morning, as today is first day of October, new month, new life. BUT, I did a very very wrong thing this noon which is I forgot to pass an important file to my colleague. This file is very important as my colleague, he want to show the file to Client. Because of my fault, he kena scold by Client. I felt very very sorry to him.
Why I always forget things? I always miss out, leave out something in work. I have to change, I have to pull out this bad habit from my body. From now on, I need to write down every thing in project, work that I have been done in notebook. Thus, I would not forget again. It's time to move on.
